Founder

Eddy Setiawan, MSTAS., has a career in the Telecommunications Industry for more than 20 years in the field of Satellite Communications Management, Optical Submarine Cable Engineering, RF Spectrum Management and ITU-Regulatory. Holds a Master Degree in Satellite Communication Systems from ENSAE / ISAE Toulouse France and a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Science and Technology (ISTN), Jakarta.

Dr. Ir. Heru Abrianto, M.T.

Co-Founder

Heru Abrianto, has a career and is experienced in fiber optic telecommunication technology in particular and also in education more than 15 years, among others in  ISTN Jakarta and Krisnadwipayana University Jakarta. He graduated from ISTN Jakarta in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Telecommunications of the University of Indonesia

Dr. Ing. Arifin Nugroho, DEA., IPU

Co-Founder

Dr.Arifin Nugroho, a doctorate in the field of signal processing from theUniversity of Rennes-1 France, is a Telecommunications consultant,with emphasison satellite systems and telecommunications regulation. Arifin also a faculty graduate school either at Telkom University in Bandung and Jakarta"s Trisakti University. Member of IEEE since 1984 (over 30 years) and this time he became chairman of the combined Chapter Aerospace & Electronics Systems and Geoscience and Remote Sensing of the IEEE Indonesia Section. He is also one of the founders of the Association of Indonesian Satellite (ASSI ) in 1998 and served as chairman from 1998 to 2004, as well as members of Indonesia Nano Satellite Programme for Research and Education (INSPIRE) and also became a member of the Telkom Aerospace Exploration Center at the University

Sjahrial Darana, S.H., M.Hum

Co-Founder

Sjahrial Darana LLC,has a career and experience in the field of space law and an expert in the field of spatial planning law for more than 30 years. Never joined the National Aeronautics and Space Agency (LAPAN) and various consulting agencies. Getting a law degree at Padjadjaran University, and a Master of Law at the University of Padjadjaran, Bandung.

Ir. Budihardjo Gozali, M.T. **

Co-Founder

Budi Hardjo  has been in the telecommunication sector, especially in the optical fiber technology for more than 20 years. He holds a mater degree on optical techmology from Indonesia University and bachelor degree on electrical engineering from ISTN Jakarta Indonesia.

Ir. Erwin Ramali

Co-Founder

Erwin Ramali, has the experience working in the field of Telecommunications for over 30 years, among others in the PT. TELKOM, PT. Natrindo Cellular Telephone (AXIS), PT. GlobalFon International and a number of telecommunications equipment providers and ICT consultant. Currently active as a trainer and expert in Data Center and is active in the Indonesian Crime Prevention Foundation. He is an alumni of STTTelkom / Telkom University Bandung Indonesia.

Sandryones Palinggi

Sekjen

Sandryones Palinggi, has been active in the Indonesia-ITU Concern Forum (IICF) since 2015. He was entrusted as the General Manager of IICF from 2019 to 2023 and was appointed as the Secretary General of IICF in 2024 through Decree No. 04/SK/DEWAN PENDIRI/II/2024. 

Nugraha Adi Prasetya, S.Si., S.Kom

Head of Technology & Application SG

Nugraha Adi Prasetya, is the Chairman of Study Group (SG) Application & Technology. An expert in the field of ICT and has been in the IT world for more than 20 years. Holds Bachelor Degree (S.Si) from the University of Indonesia, in the field of Math and Computer Science. In addition, he is Alumi from Gunadharma University with Bachelor Degree (S.Kom) in Information Technology field. Active at IICF since 2019.
